A year ago, the fall of Alpha Condé was celebrated with scenes of jubilation at the Bambeto roundabout, a traditional focus of protest in Conakry. Twelve months later, the hopes aroused by the coup have been largely dashed.

And I know that the authorities of the transition will put themselves there to be able to satisfy the youth of the commune. »

For three months, Bambeto has again been living to the rhythm of demonstrations and their repression.
