According to the verdict, they have withheld the company’s assets and paid salaries without documentation. It is about several million kroner.
The men are convicted of gross misconduct against creditors and gross accounting offences.
One of them, a man in his 50s, will be jailed for two years. A man in his 30s receives a suspended sentence and community service, as well as a ban on business for five years.
A third man is also sentenced in the tangle and must pay daily fines for breaking the Companies Act.
The defendants have denied wrongdoing.
