(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Entrepreneur Romea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in urban regeneration and the recovery of real estate structures, ha finalized the acquisition of the business unit of FDM Costruzioni, specialized in the restoration and maintenance of real estate properties subject to protection in the field of cultural and environmental heritage. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
The operation, reads a note, is aimed at implement new skills within the company and to access real estate initiatives characterized by a high architectural value. The procedure for obtaining the relative SOA certifications in the OG2 category with classification IV-IVbis (works up to Euro 3.5 million) will start in the next few days.
