They often make so-called reservations by requesting EFT/transfer to their personal bank accounts and/or taking credit card information. When the car rental day comes and the car is to be delivered, when the office is visited, the company that made the reservation is not available at the relevant office or there is another unrelated workplace, or the phone number contacted for the reservation until the last day for address delivery services is closed on the day of delivery.
