(Tiper Stock Exchange) – IMD International Medical Devicesa Bergamo-based company active in diagnostic imaging systems, is ready to land on Piazza Affari with a capitalization of approximately 36.2 million euros, after having harvest 5.97 million euros (of which 5.43 for a capital increase and 541,200 euros from the possible exercise of the greenshoe option on sale). The price placement is equal to 2.05 euro per share, close to the lower limit of the range previously identified (between 2.00 and 2.40 euro per share).
The floating it stands at 15% (16.49% assuming full exercise of the greenshoe option). After admission and before any exercise of the greenshoe option, the significant shareholders are: Alefra Srl (a wholly owned subsidiary of the chairman and CEO Aniello Aliberti) with 65.51%, Aniello Aliberti with 8.15%, own shares for 1.84% and Dornier MedTech GmbH with 9.50%.
As of today, the board of directors it is made up of 5 members: Aniello Aliberti (president and CEO); Gabriele Patelli (administrator); Luca Conca (administrator); Laura Bresciani (administrator); Cristiana Cattaneo (independent director). The entry of directors Andrea Messuti and Yau Chung Wong is subject to the start of negotiations.
As of December 31, 2022, the group has a production value equal to about 42.6 million euros, of which about 72% realized abroad (in particular, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France).
