The Jokers have hoped to play potential qualifying games at Helsinki Arena, but it is not yet technically in order. This way, Ilmala will not play hockey at all this spring.
According to current plans, the Helsinki Hall will open for other events during the spring. A free concert is planned as an opening event.
In February, the Helsinki Arena became completely Finnish ownership. This allows the hall to be opened again to public events.
The Jokers and Iisalmi Peli-Karhut are currently playing the Mestis finals. The third finale will be played on Friday at the Helsinki Ice Hall. The winnings are 1-1 when the championship is settled by four wins.
The Mestis champion is advancing in the league qualifier and meets the Lahti Pelicans or Mikkeli Jukuri.
