(Finance) – ILPRA announced that, as part of the buy-back and disposal program for treasury shares, approved by the ordinary shareholders’ meeting on 29 April 2022 (for a period of 18 months from the date of the meeting) and launched following the Board of Directors on 20 May 2022, has purchasedbetween 30 May and 2 June 2022 inclusive, overall 1,800 treasury shares at a weighted average unit price of € 4.0200 per share, for a countervalue total equal to 7,236.00 euros.
Following these transactions, ILPRA owns, as of June 2, 92,400 treasury shares, equal to 0.768% of the share capital. The subsidiaries, at the same date, did not own own shares.
Meanwhile, on the stock market, the day was not very moving compared to the previous closing for ILPRA which is positioned at 4.03 euros.
