(Finance) – illimity Bankin relation to the execution of the treasury share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 30 to 31 May 2024, overall 106,669 ordinary sharesequal to 0.13% of the share capital, for a countervalue total of 544,964.52 euros.
Following the purchases announced today, 5 June and considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, illimity holds 195,114 treasury shares equal to 0.23% of the share capital.
