(Finance) – illimitya banking group founded by Corrado Passera and listed on Euronext STAR Milan, acted as Euronext Growth Advisor (EGA) and of Global Coordinator as part of the admission process and subsequent listing on the Euronext Growth Milan market Sea Groupa company active in the field of digital engineering that operates in Italy and abroad with large companies to create advanced technologies and makes them accessible to SMEs.
The team coordinated by Fabiano LionettiHead of Investment Banking at illimity, contributed – among other things – to the enhancement of the equity story and the distinctive elements of the company’s industrial project and its development plan.
The operation, which is part of illimity’s Capital Markets activities, represents the 11th IPO on EGM (Euronext Growth Milan) created by the Investment Banking Division since the start of its operations.
