(Finance) – ILLAa leading company in the production and marketing of aluminum cookware with non-stick coating, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that it has received communication from Negma Group Investment of the exceeding the relevant threshold of 5% of capital.
NEGMA has in fact declared that it holds as of September 8, 2023, in aggregate 2,917,796 shares equal to a share of
participation of 5.13%, calculated on a total number of shares deposited in the chamber of commerce equal to 56,909,281 as per the change in share capital communicated on 04 September 2023.
Based on the information available, ILLA’s current shareholding is therefore as follows: NOI at 5.35%, Lucio Stella at 5.24%, Negma Group Investment at 5.13%. The floating rate is equal to 84.28%.
