(Finance) – Italian stock exchange has communicated, pursuant to article 40 of the Issuers’ Regulations of Euronext Growth Milan, that at the end of the trading session on 6 October 2023 the average of official prices of actions ILLA calculated over a consecutive period of 30 days of trading is lower than 0.01 euros.
According to the Issuers’ Regulations, Borsa Italiana can arrange the suspension from trading of actions where this situation continues for a continuous period of six calendar months.
