(Finance) – Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment (ILBE), global production company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and Euronext Growth Paris, has received a clarification from the shareholder Monica Bacardithat has “clarified and confirmed its commitment towards ILBE, which has always been demonstrated over time”.
The clarification arrives two days after irrevocable resignation presented by Bacardi and motivated by its “different strategic vision on the business model and corporate management”.
Bacardi holds indirectly through MB Media SA a participation equal to 46.19% of the share capital (28.99% of the voting rights).
