Last winter, Sánchez Angulo decided to sign with IJsselmeervogels. However, because of his busy work, he wanted to play football closer to home in Ridderkerk, so he decided to transfer to Scheveningen in March. That transfer has now come to an end; he continues to play on the red side of the Westmaat.
