William Ignberg Nilsson joined AIK from Hudiksvall in Hockeyettan before the season. He has since become a valued feature after, among other things, having accounted for 14 points in 35 games in this year’s edition of the Hockeyallsvenskan.
Now do tasks from The Express however, regarding the fact that it looks like there will only be one season at Hovet for the 22-year-old. This is because he is said to be ready for a move to the SHL club HV71 ahead of the coming season – but there is a condition.
In the cases surrounding Emil Alba (Södertälje) and Wictor Nilsson (Djurgården), who are said to be ready for Färjestad and Frölunda respectively, a move will be relevant after the season – if their current team does not qualify for their own machine.
According to Expressen, the same arrangement applies to Ignberg Nilsson, who has a contract until 2025, information that is also confirmed by AIK’s sporting director Niklas Persson.
“Answer yes to that question,” writes Persson in a text message to Expressen.
