SvFF’s lawyers have now drawn up a report against IFK Värnamo, which has been submitted to the disciplinary committee. The reason for the report is that Pawel Cibicki trained with the club on January 14th, even though he is still suspended for his match-fixing offence. This is how the football association writes in an email to SVT:
Due to Pawel Cibicki’s training with IFK Värnamo, SvFF has conducted an investigation into a possible violation of the Match Fixing Regulations regarding IFK Värnamo. The investigation has now been completed and SvFF’s union lawyers have drawn up a report against IFK Värnamo which has been submitted to the disciplinary committee. When the disciplinary board has finished its proceedings, the board will make a decision as to whether a violation has been committed and the appropriate penalty for the offense in question.
