Colon cancer, also known as colon cancer, is one of the most common types of cancer. Although the exact cause of cancer is not known, long-term studies have revealed that diet has a serious effect on triggering cancer. If you frequently consume foods such as sweets, biscuits, pizza, cereals and sodas, new research suggests you may have a higher risk of developing bowel cancer.

The US study examined 160,000 women and 46,000 men over nearly three decades and found that 3,216 of them developed bowel cancer. Among the number of cases, the researchers found that the diets followed were a major risk factor, with 29% of men consuming ultra-processed foods at risk of bowel cancer.

These foods can be cheap, convenient, and delicious. But it packs a lot of calories in every bite, which means you have to eat a lot before you feel full.
