If you defeat the Butcher from Diablo 4 in Call of Duty, you can win a unique item for the action RPG

A Halloween event starts today, October 17th, in Call of Duty: Warzone, where you will meet the Butcher from Diablo 4. If you defeat him, you will receive a unique item. Here on MeinMMO you can find out how it works.

  • There is currently a crossover between Call of Duty and Diablo 4. New content is coming to both games today, October 17th: the Halloween event “The Haunting” in CoD and the “Season of Blood” in Diablo 4.
  • For Halloween, Activision has brought two new skin bundles to the shop in CoD and they come from Diablo 4 – Inarius and Lilith unpack their firearms.
  • During the Halloween event in Warzone you will meet, among others, the Butcher from Diablo 4. He drops a unique item when you defeat him.

    • On the Call of Duty website it is described that you can secure the coveted Butcher’s meat hook if you defeat him in Warzone. However, you should take a few important steps into account.

    Secure the butcher’s meat hook

    This is how you get the unique item: To get the meat hook for Diablo 4, you have to complete a few steps. These are described in detail on callofduty.com – we summarize them for you:

  • Link your Battle.net account to your Activision account via the Profile tab on the CoD website
  • Activates a Lilith Altar and opens a nightmare portal to the Butcher (available on the Al Mazrah and Vondead maps)
  • Defeat the Butcher in combat
  • The reward will be credited to your Battle.net account, which may take up to 4 days
  • If you kill the Butcher before linking your accounts, the reward will still be credited and will not be lost
  • Since the item is a scythe, you must equip a scythe in Diablo 4 for the transmogrification to be visible
  • You have until the end of “The Haunting” to kill the Butcher, i.e. until November 6th, 2023
