If you bought these skin care products, do not use them!

Are you a fan of beauty and care products of all kinds? Read this article carefully. Indeed, due to a significant allergic risk, beauty products from the Orlane brand have been recalled. These products were sold throughout France, in supermarkets and in pharmacies.

Six products affected

The affected products are:

• The care of white lightening lotion, contained in a 200ml plastic bottle;
• White lightening serum care in a 30 ml pump bottle;
• White Care Lightening Cream in a 50ml glass jar;
• The whitening essence care for all skin types, in four vials of 7.5 ml each, sold in a box;
• The Thermolift Firming treatment contained in a 50 ml glass jar;
• Thermo-active firming serum, in a 30 ml plastic pump bottle.

Significant allergic risk

These products are being recalled due to a significant allergy risk. Indeed, they contain HICC, or hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde better known as Lyral. This molecule is a chemical substance prohibited in Europe since 2017.
