ONION AND GARLIC
Onions are one of the foods that cause heartburn. It is not recommended to be consumed raw. Cooked onions are better for the stomach. It has a feature that does not harm the stomach in measured consumption, but creates a burning sensation in the stomach in excessive consumption. Garlic is a food that creates a sharp taste on the palate. When added to meals and consumed in cooked form, it does not cause much harm to the stomach. Pastries
