Zelenski made these statements on American CNN television.
The President of Ukraine noted that he is ready for negotiations with Putin, in fact, he has been ready for two years. Zelenski also said that he does not believe this war will end without negotiations. “If there is a 1 percent chance to end this war, we should seize this chance,” said Zelenski. Zelenski also made a speech to the Israeli Parliament, the Knesset.
In his speech, Zelenski asked Israel for the Iron Dome air defense missile.
“Everyone knows that your missile defense system is the best, and you can definitely help our people, you can save the lives of Ukrainians, Ukrainian Jews,” said the President of Ukraine.
Comparing the Nazi Germany’s plan to exterminate the Jews with the Russian attack, Zelenski questioned Israel’s failure to give Ukraine an Iron Dome.
