Amanda Blomå wins the plank and becomes the first to take a place in the final. In a first island council, Nabaz Baki becomes the second to clinch a final place, and in a second island council, it is Ida Jensen Krogstad who takes the last place. After an even final, it is finally Ida who can title herself the winner of “Robinson” in the fall of 2024.
– I am so happy and happy about this. Right now it just feels surreal. I’ve also watched this on TV and it felt so far away. How am I supposed to row into port this? I had a hard time believing it myself, says Ida to TV4.
Ida has not had an easy time during the season. Several participants have accused her of lying and playing a dirty game, without her understanding why. Something that reaches its climax during finals week when she is awarded all the disadvantages that are handed out.
– From the second that Petra told me about the disadvantage piece, I understood that I would get them. But I felt that you know what, you have done worse things to me in this time than that. I can take that, says Ida.
– I have tried to ask concretely, both then and now, can you please just explain to me why? Either you think you’ve lost all self-awareness or that you’re not as nice a person as you thought you were. You start to question yourself, she continues.
“Many have reached out and apologized”
Something that the others especially caught on to was that Ida would have lied about finding a secret immunity just before an island council. When it is now broadcast in the box, they have been able to see that Ida was not lying.
– Many participants have reached out and apologized, but far from all. But those you hoped would apologize have done so, she says.
During the Thursday evening, several of the season’s participants reunite for a final party.
– I have rented a party room near me. Then I hope for a wet night at Laroy, where we have booked a table, until the sun rises. Or then you have to wait quite a long time now, says Ida.
– Everyone is of course invited. Including Patrick. But I haven’t received an answer from everyone and then I expect that they won’t come, she continues.
That’s what the winnings go to
Ida’s prize money of half a million kroner goes, among other things, to a wedding trip.
– I have run my own company for several years, which I left last week. Now I am looking for a job, so I will live a little on this money. I’m in the financial position now that I can take my time to figure out what I want to work on. I want to work in television, in front of or behind the camera, I don’t really know, says Ida.
– My husband will get a piece of the cake too. We are going on a honeymoon, two and a half years later. To Thailand, without children. He still had to pull a big load with the children when I was away for two months, she continues.
