(Telestock) – ICOPa subsoil engineering company among the main European operators in the microtunneling and special foundations sector, is ready to land on Piazza Affari with a capitalization of approximately 160.7 million euros (before the possible exercise of the greenshoe option), after having harvest 30 million euros (of which 27 million euros in capital increase and 2.96 million euros deriving from the possible exercise of the greenshoe option); the capitalization would be 163.7 million euros with the full exercise of the greenshoe option. In both cases, the figure is calculated on the number of ordinary shares admitted to trading and excludes PAS shares not admitted to trading.
The price placement price is equal to 5.92 euros per share, at the lower end of the range previously identified (5.92-6.08 euros per share).
The floating is 16.82% (excluding PAS) before the possible exercise of the greenshoe option and 18.33% assuming the full exercise of the greenshoe option (always excluding PAS).
The board of directors is composed of: Vittorio Petrucco, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Piero Petrucco, Chief Executive Officer; Paolo Copetti, Director; Giacomo Petrucco, Director; Castaldi Enrico, Director; Francesco Petrucco, Director; Luciano Bezzo, Independent Director.
After admission, prior to any exercise of the greenshoe option, theshareholding is composed of: Cifre Srl at 80.07% of the ordinary shares, 81.70% of the voting rights; Friulia at 3.11% of the ordinary shares, 2.86% of the voting rights. After admission, assuming the full exercise of the greenshoe option: Cifre at 78.62% of the ordinary shares, 80.34% of the voting rights; Friulia at 3.05% of the ordinary shares, 2.81% of the voting rights.
