(Telestock) – ICOPa subsoil engineering company among the main European operators in the microtunneling and special foundations sector, closed its first day at Piazza Affari with a 0.51% increase. The shares ended the first session on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the segment of Borsa Italiana dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises with high growth potential, at price 5.95 euros per sharecompared to a placement price of 5.92 euros (at the lower end of the range identified previously), reaching a capitalization of over 161.5 million euros (with regards to listed shares).
The counter value on the first day at Piazza Affari was around 711 thousand euros, with 148 contracts concluded and 119,250 shares changed hands. The price fluctuated between a minimum of 5.88 euros and a maximum of 6.12 (marked at the opening).
ICOP represents theeleventh admission on Euronext Growth Milan. This is the twenty-ninth admission of 2024 on Euronext.
In the placement phase ICOP has harvest 27 million euros, excluding the potential exercise of the over-allotment option. In the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option, the total amount raised will be 30 million euros. The floating at the time of admission it is 16.82% (18.33% assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option).
