Ice hockey: Rasmus Dahlin: “Told us three million times”

  • – It was an incredible relief and many emotions until the goal. We told ourselves three million times to keep calm and finally the puck went in, says Dahlin about his 1-0 goal where he made his way on the left wing and outwitted Emil Larmi from a tight angle.

    “Want to be part of the big moments”

    Then came the cold shower with the Finnish equalizer with 58 seconds remaining with Larmi singled out for the box. The Swedish players unanimously declared afterwards that they would not get frustrated but continue to keep the initiative.

    – It’s hockey, we played a very good overtime. You want to be part of big moments and now it’s just a matter of continuing to drum, says Dahlin.
