Ice hockey: Heavy Swedish loss in the Euro Hockey Tour: “No will”

It has been a tough tournament for the Women’s Crowns, and it would be even tougher today. Emma Forsgren did indeed score the first goal of the match, but four consecutive Czech goals followed.

Adéla Šapovalivová and Michaela Pejzlová both equalized and gave the Czech Republic the lead in just under two minutes.

After two more goals by the Czech Republic, the Women’s Crowns were reduced through Sofie Lundin, but they did not get any closer than that.

The match ended 5-2.

– There doesn’t seem to be any will in the Swedish team, says Dusan Umičević.
