ICA is recalling several salad mixes, they write in a press release.
The reason is that salmonella was found during a routine sampling at the supplier.
The recall applies to the salads: “ICA Red Chard” 65 grams, “ICA Crispy Salad Mix” 65 grams and “ICA Seasonal Mix” 150 grams, with a best-before date of 2024-08-17.
– At Ica, we carry out careful quality checks on all products we put on the market. We take the incident seriously and are now investigating together with the supplier how this could have happened and how we can ensure that it does not happen again, says Lisa Olsen, Quality manager at ICA Sweden in the press release.
