ICA recalls ICA pots of beef because the package contains pork but as incorrectly marked with beef label, Ica writes in a press release.
“ICA wants to pay attention to consumers …”
“At ICA, we do careful quality checks of all the products we put on the market. We have discovered that the packaging is incorrectly labeled and it is important that the customer gets information about this,” says Lena Sparring, quality manager at ICA Sweden in the press release.
The recall only applies to packaging of ICA pots of beef, 1000 grams, with the best pre-date 12-11-2024.
“ICA wants to pay attention to consumers who do not eat pork, but the product does not constitute a health hazard,” Ica writes.
The packaging has also been noticed with the incorrect best before date.
