I won again Sarnia resident hits second lottery jackpot

A Sarnia resident is a repeat lottery winner.

Claire Garner, 66, recently won $75,000 in the Instant Cashingo game, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. said in a release.

Garner and her husband also shared a $250,000 prize in an instant lottery game in 2017.

“I said, ‘I won again,’ ” Garner said of breaking the news to her spouse. “He believed me right away.”

The retired plans to save most of her winnings, she said. “It’s nice to know you don’t have to worry because there’s a cushion behind you.”

Garner said she bought both winning tickets at Point Variety on Michigan Avenue in Point Edward.
