Twitch streamer Knossi surprisingly announced his engagement to his partner Lia in front of 11,000 viewers. In his stream, he reveals the reasons why he has not made this public until now.
How did the announcement come about? Contrary to what one might assume, the announcement of Knossi and his partner’s engagement was not planned. On June 24, 2024, he streamed on his Twitch channel again after weeks.
This was not one of his regular streams, but an IRL stream at the World Changer Event, a charity event. He is known for attracting a lot of attention for events that are not his own, and is said to have saved Big Brother.
During an exchange between him and his partner, he then told his fans that he had told his girlfriend, Lia, yes in front of 11,000 viewers (via Sullygnome).
What was particularly surprising for many viewers was that they have been engaged for quite some time and Knossi had deliberately not said anything before.

Why did Knossi withhold the news? After Knossi reported that he and his partner Lia are engaged, he also explained why they have not discussed this until now.
For Knossi, the main reason was that he didn’t want to make everything public straight away and that, in his opinion, you don’t have to tell everything straight away. In his stream, he thought it was the right moment to bring the news to the world.
The streamer apparently made the decision to make the happy news public right now quite spontaneously. He explained to his surprised fiancée: “You look like the sun again today – blinding. And I know that I will never find such a loving woman in my life.”

What motivated Knossi to make it public? Even though Knossi seems to have decided to announce his engagement rather spontaneously and on a whim, as a clip on YouTube shows, there is said to be another reason.
He reports that some attentive viewers have already noticed the ring on Lia’s hand and some have already started asking questions.
Finally, he says in a joking tone that he now wants to have children again.
