Now she opens up about the disturbing photos of her after the race.
– I had no feeling left in my hands, says the Swede to SVT.

Before 10 km free each Frida Karlsson and Ebba Andersson the big gold favourites. In the WC two years ago, the Swedes came second and third after the Norwegian skiing queen Therese Johaug – unfortunately, history would repeat itself again.

“No feeling”

– When I crossed the finish line, I had no feeling left in my hands, says Frida Karlsson to SVT Sport.

She is also satisfied with her second straight World Cup silver in this year’s championship, although she clearly had her sights set on the very first individual World Cup gold of her career.
– I’m very happy with how I set up the race and got the most out of it, says Karlsson to the TV channel and praises the winner Diggins.
– Of course it’s good for the sport, even if I would have liked it myself too, says Karlsson.
