This is one of the novelties of 2025 that many French people would have gone well. In a few weeks, new Radar cars will land on many roads. A few dozen job offers exist in this area. They are offered by the various companies that have obtained the markets. If most is opaque on the wage grid offered, one of them plays the transparency card.

Mobicom, who recruits drivers, notably in Orleans, Reims, Rouen, Epinal or even Nogent, offers a salary below the French median salary: 1850 euros gross per month, as well as a bonus of 250 euros gross per month. The package therefore represents 2100 euros gross per month, or 1618 euros net after taxes. Meal allowances are also paid. The working time is, however, not specified.

If the other companies are therefore more discreet on the remuneration of drivers, the public elements previously mentioned seem to be the order of magnitude of wages. In 2021, the average annual salary was 22,000 euros gross per year, or 1429 euros net at the time, according to a study carried out by the Driver Defense League. Taking into account a salary development of less than 10% in four years, this therefore revolves well around 1600 euros net per month.

According to data released by the Ministry of the Interior to the Senate in 2020, pure driving represents approximately 5:30 a.m. The mission? Carry out a tour of the region, driving a vehicle equipped with “mobile field equipment”, in other words a radar, specifies Mobicom. And this, day and night, weekdays or weekends, and even on holidays.

The privileged profiles are those with experience in conduct, security or maintenance of order, and, ideally, those holding a professional card issued by the National Council for Private Security Activities.
