I already forgot how pretty playing is

The four-week break has not been seen in the clips of Miro Heiskanen of Dallas and Anton Lundell of Florida since his return. Both have continued where they left off before the injury.

Heiskanen and Lundell star in ‘s next NHL games April 9-10. A match between Dallas and New Jersey will be shown on Saturday at 9 p.m., Nashville and Florida will face on Sunday night at 1 p.m. NHL game schedules can be found here.

Dallas Miro Heiskanen was on a break of about four weeks due to mononucleosis in early March. Five days later, a strike of roughly the same length left Florida, which had drifted into the end ferries at a rapid pace due to injury. Anton Lundell.

The HIFK duo returned to the trough every four days at the turn of March-April. And the break of almost a month has not been reflected in the duo’s extracts since.

Heiskanen started playing in the first match in just nineteen minutes, but has since clocked at least 26 minutes of ice time in each game. In three, the responsibility has exceeded 27 minutes. Since the last day of March, Heiskanen has played the fourth most of all players in the NHL.

– The doctor wanted me to take that first game in peace and that’s why I played it in less than twenty minutes. We watched in peace, how it starts to feel, Heiskanen tells Urheilu.

– It felt good and then the minutes were added to the next game. It has felt better than I expected. I have coped well, no problems.

Lundell, on the other hand, returned to the doubles last weekend in doubles as Florida played consecutive daily away games in New Jersey and Buffalo on Saturday. In the first match, the Helsinki player played just over thirteen, and in the latter game a little over fifteen minutes.

Buffalo also had its 15th hit of the season.

– It was good that I was able to return to the games of consecutive days. I got a good feel for it and the playing felt really good. There’s something done right here when the feel comes back so well, Lundell notes.

I’m in good shape, noticed it again. On the other hand, that three and a half weeks now is not such a long time, quickly the feeling returns.

While no one wants to watch the games from the sidelines, Lundell also saw something positive in the forced rest. Only the 20-year-old newcomer is definitely playing the hardest part of his short professional career – the pace of the match is relentless, and the Florida season isn’t coming to an end for a long time if the team reaches its goals.

– Things like this need to be turned positive and see what can benefit from them. One side of this was that I got a respite. I got something else to think about and rested my head as well as my body to calm down. It’s definitely helpful to have the batteries recharged, Lundell spins.

– Yes, I already had time to forget how pretty playing here is.

The duo’s statistics speak for themselves

The way HIFK-backed players returned to their level after a long break is the story itself. Heiskanen, for example, immediately began mastering Dallas’ reel playing in a familiar way. Heiskanen’s foot moves and the game head invariably makes the right choices both with and without the game device.

Green Nelonen has been a familiar sight as part of Dallas’ offensive play, sometimes through opening play, sometimes through transport.

Five to five against Heiska have scored just one goal in five matches since returning. Dallas’ goal is almost 57 percent on Heiskanen’s watch and the ratio of dangerous goals is over 60 percent.

For Heiskanen, playing in the NHL seems pretty effortless at times.

– During the last week before returning, I got to train well and go on the ice alone. There was a lot of skating and yes it has been shown that there was no need to jump into the box right away. As soon as I get back, I try to play my own game so I don’t start changing anything. I’ve been able to play my own way, so I’m pretty happy.

Lundell does not have as much responsibility on his team as Heiskanen, but he has also taken care of his own box wonderfully since his return. In the Florida triple chain Mason Marchmentin and Sam Reinhartin Lundell have recorded the second toughest Corsi reading of the team’s regular strikers since his return. He is Fifth in the finish line and in the first sector.

Of course, there is nothing new here.

The chain’s goal difference of five to five is a crushing 19–5 for the period, and the ratio of goal places, for example, is a crushingly hard 65 per cent. Above all, this tells you what kind of piety the trio views on the holiness of the game.

Power is not sought by stealing from a defensive game.

– It was easy to return to the familiar chain next to familiar friends. Humbly pulled with a relaxed feel. We are all really competitive and through that we are always ready to do the job that it takes to win. It is known that the finish places do not come for free, the overalls must be around all the time, Lundell, who is seriously competing for the Newcomer of the Year award, will open his chain of philosophy.

– Fight and grate to keep fit if you want to make ends meet. Your own head is handled conscientiously and the attacking head is tried to be smart. If someone loses a puck, others react and there is always someone close to help.

Lundell Florida Tense: “Leaving Players”

Florida has shown a few spectacular chases throughout the season, but none as spectacular as Sunday and Wednesday. On Saturday, it rose from a 2-6 loss to levels in New Jersey over the last quarter, and on Wednesday it crept into another 7-6 victory against Toronto after already catching 1-5.

The formula hardly works for a longer period of time, but the ability to change direction within the game says a lot about the nature of the team.

– That leaves the players. We know we’re a good team and we know we can react within the game as well. The season is long and there are sometimes weak beginnings, but within the game you need to be able to change direction. Rarely in this league has four goals gone up, Lundell laughs.

Watch the video below to see how Alexander Barkov brought Florida to New Jersey on Saturday just over a minute before the end.

And Florida hasn’t relied on its top players in tight spots. The depth of the team is reflected in the ability of each chain to score goals. Florida has six 50-point and as many as ten 40-point players on its team. There are already eleven players in the ten goals.

– In a loss position, it changes who starts it. All it takes is for someone to jump up and start showing direction. Sometimes it’s number one chain, sometimes number two, number three, or Nelonen, Lundell says.

– We have such a wide line-up that as long as someone shows the direction, others will jump in. Everyone is able to score goals, and that’s reflected in our goal numbers.

Dallas is also going to have a stronger phase. The team has won 17 of their 27 matches since the beginning of February. It has been the fourth best team in the Western Conference during this period. At the same time, the team has risen to the playoffs.

And most importantly, the team has found more than that in recent weeks Roope Hintz and his chain mates.

– There has been a level playing field and success on the wider front. I hope we can continue this now. The gameplay has not been changed, it is more just that the individuals are ready, Heiskanen sees.

– We have been able to improve our gaming recently and there are good signs here. When it comes to the playoffs, everything is in their own hands.
