It was already known that the new world champion Thierry Neuville and Ott Tänak continue in the stable. In the upcoming season, all three drivers will drive a full World Series.

This also means no Esapekka in Lapland there is currently no driving position for next season. Lapland may still have a chance at the back door, as Hyundai described in its press release that it continues to “assess opportunities” for its current drivers. This refers to, among other things, Lapland, Dani Sordo and to Andreas Mikkelsen.

In theory, it could be possible for Hyundai to bring, for example, a fourth car to next season’s races. It could open up a place for a Finn.
