Standing out as the most ambitious name of the awards in almost every competition it participated in with the Ioniq 5 in 2021, Hyundai started to peak in the sales of its zero-emission vehicles. Continuing to develop in response to the ever-increasing demand for electric cars, the South Korean manufacturer sold 74,661 vehicles in the first two months of 2022, an increase of 102 percent compared to February 2021. Attracting all the attention especially with KONA Electric and IONIQ 5, Hyundai has added hybrid versions to its strong and growing model portfolio. Hyundai increased its market share to 4.6 percent, showing an increase of 28.8 percent compared to the same period of 2021.
