(Finance) – With four decrees, the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security Gilberto Pichetto intended for as many Regions over 210 million euros to deal with hydrogeological criticalities. The programming of resources for 2024, as part of the Plan of interventions for the mitigation of hydrogeological risk, identifies the priority works for each Region, fifty-nine in total, and assigns MASE funding of 75 million to Emilia-Romagna, 69.9 to Lazio, 36.1 to Abruzzo and 30.2 to Umbria. The decrees signed by the Minister have now been transmitted to the Control Bodies. This is what Mase announced in a note.

In Emilia-Romagnathe amount financed by the Ministry concerns fifteen interventions: the largest is in Sala Baganza, for the safety of the city of Parma and the Colorno hydraulic hub, with 20.8 million euros in addition to the funds provided by previous programming and regional financing. Among the other works, the safety of the Tiepido torrent in the Panaro basin in Castelnuovo Rangone (12.7 million), the interventions on the banks in Goro and Comacchio (7.5 and 7.2 million), the second part of the completion of interventions on the southern face of the Rupe di San Leo (3.4 million).
In the twenty interventions from Laziofor a total of almost seventy million euros, the highest economic amount concerns the consolidation of the rock face of the Santissima Trinità in Vallepietra (RI) with eighteen million and the hydraulic safety measures with 9.4 of the urban area of Torrino, in the municipality of Rome.
There are also twenty works financed in Abruzzo for 36.1 million, of which seven destined for Pineto (TE) for the intervention to reduce the hydraulic risk and recover the river ecosystem of the Vomano river.
Four interventions are considered priorities in Umbriafor a total of 30.2 million destined for Foligno (26.7 in total for two interventions), Massa Martana and Montecastrilli.
