Budesliiga pack Jere Uronen is not in the team due to injury. The Schalke defender, who is suffering from a groin injury, was injured on February 19 and has not yet recovered to playing condition. Originally, Uronen was only supposed to be sidelined for a game or two, but now the man has been sidelined for three weeks already. HJK’s midfielder is also on the sidelines due to an injury Lucas Lingman.
The male’s situation will be monitored until the end.
– We are waiting for Uronen to recover, if he could possibly come along. Also Oliver Antman has been injured, but he recovered to playing condition and trained fully. He was selected for the team based on strong performances last year. Anssi in Suho is the same situation, he has been sick, but rehabilitated until joining Hamburger SV, commented Kanerva.
According to Kanerva, the midfielder of Cypriot Pafos Onni Valakari is sidelined for in-game reasons.
– He has had a varied season and has had fewer minutes than before, Kanerva reasoned.
