The German Shepherds, Nine-Year-Old Mary Jane and Three-Year-Old Hank, Were Owned by Kaitlin Strong and Her Husband Robert Jordan. Strong Says She’s Been Told by A Ministry of Natural Resources Official That There are now LAID CHARGES BO THE PROVINCIAL AGENCY.
