Hungarian Prime Minister mocks European Parliament

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

After the corruption scandal involving the members of the European Parliament (EP) and the Greek Deputy Eva Kaili, one of the EP’s vice presidents, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban made fun of the allegations of corruption in the EP with a photo he shared on his social media account.

Orban shared a photo with the caption “Good morning to the European Parliament”, in which Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States, laughed with many around him, and the words “And they said, AP is seriously concerned about corruption in Hungary”.

The EP had accepted the draft resolution envisaging the freezing of funds to be provided to Hungary by the EU due to reasons such as corruption, violation of the rule of law and abuse. (UAV)
