But now hundreds of movies will soon be unavailable. These include all of the Hunger Games films, the Saw Horror series or action hits like Mr. & Mrs. Smith with Brad Pitt.
Playstation ejects purchased titles from the video library without compensation
A complete list of the disappearing titles can be found on the Playstation site. The background to the large deletion action is a change in the license agreement with StudioCanal, who lend the films. Sony’s contract with the distributor may have expired.
This is particularly annoying for fans who have to go through so many titles invested a lot of money. In addition to the films mentioned, John Wick, masterpieces such as Apocalypse Now or unique experiments such as Eraserhead are deleted.
