According to the information received, 3 people who fell ill after removing a tick stuck to their body in the last week in the city applied to the Infectious Diseases Department of Tokat State Hospital.
It was stated that the general health condition of the patients who were treated in the hospital with the diagnosis of CCHF was good.
Between January 1st and June 11th this year, 400 people applied to Tokat State Hospital’s Infectious Diseases Department and the emergency department because of ticks stuck to their bodies.
It was learned that 30 people who applied to the Infectious Diseases Service received treatment and 3 patients were referred to Sivas Cumhuriyet University Health Services Application and Research Hospital.
