Utrecht – In recent days, hundreds of homeless people have spent the night in winter cold shelters in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. The additional facility for the homeless in the four major cities opened on Monday, November 27, because the temperature would approach freezing point in the subsequent period. The winter cold shelter will be open until Friday morning, spokespersons for the municipalities said.
