The Inspectorate for Care and Care, Ivo, withdrew Humana’s permit on January 31. The reason, according to Ivo, was serious deficiencies.
However, Humana appealed the decision, and also requested to continue temporarily, that is, requested inhibition regarding the stop.
The administrative court decided that Humana would receive inhibition, and thus be allowed to continue its operations temporarily pending a decision.
That decision has in turn been appealed by Ivo. But now the Court of Appeal has decided that Humana will be allowed to continue temporarily.
