The remains were discovered by a private person passing by in a wooded area at around 2pm on Sunday afternoon. Police technicians were called to the scene.
– We don’t know how long the find has been there. I cannot say whether there is a crime behind it, but a report of murder has been drawn up to investigate those matters, says Andreas Aaw, officer on duty at the Stockholm Police.
The details are still unclear, but according to the police, it could be a skeleton from a whole body.
