A Viking opera opens the Palazzetto Bru Zane festival in Paris on June 1. hulda, bloody medieval legend sublimated by the music of César Franck, will be presented for the first time in France in its entirety – in concert version – on the occasion of the bicentenary of the birth of the Franco-Belgian composer. Discovery of this monumental work and perfectly in resonance with the news which takes its revenge on stage more than a century after its writing in 1885.
