Ray Rui, who has extensive knowledge in cloud solutions and digital transformation, will carry out Huawei Cloud’s projects in Turkey. Rui, who previously held various senior positions in Europe and Africa, will work to achieve the company’s cloud computing goals in Turkey. Prior to this role, Ray Rui served as Vice President of Marketing and Solutions at Huawei Cloud Europe, contributing to the development of the company’s marketing strategies and solution sales in Europe. At the same time, as a senior consultant in the field of digital transformation, he played an active role in the creation of digital strategies across Europe. As Head of Huawei Cloud Africa Business Unit between 2019 and 2022, he managed cloud solutions on the African continent and led the region’s digitalization efforts. During this period, it carried out important projects to strengthen Huawei Cloud’s presence in the African market.

Ray Rui’s career at Huawei gained momentum when he served as Director of IT Marketing and Solutions Sales for South Africa from 2015 to 2019. In this position, he had broad responsibility for cloud and IT solutions in South Africa. Later, he served as Chief Engineer of the South African IT Sales Department and contributed to the development of the IT infrastructure in the region. “In the early years of his career, he worked on Huawei’s ICT products and main network solutions in China, gaining in-depth experience in software engineering and project management.”
