How to Use Google Keep Cepholic

Google Keepis a simple note-taking app from Google that includes many useful features for managing your notes. Available in Google Play Store, App Store and web browsers. Most of the best Android phones come pre-installed. Since the app is part of the Google ecosystem, it provides seamless integration with Google Drive. Notes are automatically backed up and included in your storage up to 15GB.

How to use?

You can create five types of notes in Google Keep. When you open the app, five icons are displayed at the bottom of your screen. From left to right, these are:

List: Create checkboxes in front of your list items.
Drawing: Ideal for handwritten notes and sketches.
Sound: You can record a voice memo.
Photograph: Annotate an image in Google Keep.
Normal: Create a general text note.

To create a note, tap the appropriate icon to take that type of note.

  • Here are a few tips to help you:
  1. Each note type has a title field. Filling this out adds a bold title to your note on the home screen.
  2. If you want to merge notes (for example, to add a photo to a checklist or a recording to a drawing), open a note and tap the plus button in the lower left corner of your screen to bring up a list of options.
  3. To archive or delete a note, long-press on it and tap the three-dot button in the upper-right corner of your screen. Then tap Archive or Delete. You can access these notes later by tapping the menu in the top left corner of your screen, then Archive or Trash.
