Meta suggests that they need to conduct AI training on European posts to “reflect the language, geography and cultural references of Europeans” in their AI services. But the launch has provoked great reactions from users worldwide.
It is possible to stop the company from using one’s photos and posts. But the protection is not complete. In its privacy policy, Meta writes,
