How to get to the new island in Palworld

How to get to Sakurajima: If you want to travel to the new island, you can go there without any prerequisites. You do not need to have completed any quest series beforehand.

The new island of Sakurajima is located in the northwest of the Palworld map. To reach the island of Sakurajima, you have to go to the northwest of the map:

  • The easiest way to do this is to unlock the fast travel point on the “Icewind Island”. From there you can cross the sea directly to the north. Alternatively, you can use the fast travel point “Forgotten Island”. From here you also have to cross the sea to the north.

    • What can you find on Sakurajima? In total, you can catch 14 new Pals and 10 new variants that you can find on the new island.

    In addition to sulphur and coal, you will also find the new raw material petroleum in the north and south of the island.

    This is where Sakurajima is located in Palworld.

    What should you pay attention to? We recommend that you reach at least level 45 before exploring the new area. The Pals that appear there are all high level and will attack you from a distance. If you are at a low level, you will be defeated pretty quickly.

    You should also have enough healing items and a fast flying mount in your luggage, because the route across the sea is longer than it might seem.
