What is high tide in Wuthering Waves? Tides is the in-game currency you need for the gacha system in Wuthering Waves.
When summoning, you can move to different banners in the hope of getting your desired figure or weapon. So you need a flood for each move.

How to get Tide in Wuthering Waves
In order to get the valuable waves in Wuthering Waves, you have various options to earn the resource. We are focusing on pure free-to-play options where you don’t have to spend any real money.
Buy them in the in-game shop for other resources
You can farm other resources and then exchange them for Flood in the in-game shop. Astrite is your most important item here. You get it in chests, as a quest reward or as you progress in your Echo collection.
You can always exchange 160x Astrite for a flood type of your choice in the shop. This option is available indefinitely.
Corals are also useful for getting tides. You get both afterglow and vibrating corals as a byproduct of your draws.
Once you have reached a certain number, you can exchange these for new floods:
A little hint: Visit an NPC in Jinzhou called Ganxue (gift symbol) in the game. Here you can exchange the resource Wood Splinters 5x for Brilliant Flood. You need 50x Wood Splinters to get a Flood.
Uses events and codes
Always keep an eye out for events (both in-game and on the web) as these often offer free rewards. For example, the in-game Gifts of the Thawing Frost login event will give you some Brilliant and Radiant Tides.

Level up in the Battle Pass and increase your alliance level
Up to and including level 50 in the Battle Pass in Wuthering Waves, the so-called Pioneer Podcast, you will receive a Brilliant Tide as a reward for every level 10.
As you level up your alliance, you can also receive Brilliant Tide at levels 5, 15, 25, and 35 in the Voyage of Discovery event.
Some Brilliant and Radiant Tides are also included in the tier packs that you can pick up for free in the store when you reach level 10.
