How to find the 26 glyphs in Brimstone Sands

Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

In the new Brimstone Sands area you can find 26 glyphs that open portals or give access to special chests. We at MeinMMO reveal where you can find these glyphs in New World.

How do you get the glyphs? That is different. Most of the glyphs can be found alone, and some of them even require you to use them in the main quest. However, three glyphs can only be done in a group.

In the game you can see exactly which glyphs you have already found in the collections. We have adopted the counting method from the game on our map. We also colored the glyphs:

  • Red glyphs are part of main or side quests
  • You can easily find green glyphs like this
  • Yellow glyphs can only be unlocked as a group
  • Tips for finding the glyphs in Brimstone Sands

Where are the glyphs hidden? Glyphs are generally located in walls, mostly in pillars. Some glyphs require you to throw yourself down cliffs or enter buildings. You can interact with them by pressing the “E” key to activate them.

Where are the boss glyphs located? Glyph 17 is located in the new dungeon Ennead. The other two glyphs are part of boss arenas that you can only enter as a group.

Why should I even seek the glyphs? With the help of the glyphs you unlock new functions on the map. You can activate portals, for example, through which you can shorten paths. You’ll learn that in the main story about the wall in the north-east.

You can also open certain elite chests that you would otherwise not have been able to access.

For all of this, however, it is sufficient that you activate the glyph once.

Where can I see the activated glyphs? To do this, simply open “J” and go to the “Documents” tab. Under “Tales from the Sulfur Sands” you will then find the chapter “All Glyphs”. The 26 pieces are listed there.
